Guest sentiment
A snapshot of what local diners frequently mention about this location.
"The ambiance is warm and inviting, with beautiful Moroccan-inspired décor that creates a cozy atmosphere. The food was flavorful and well-prepared, especially the Mandi chicien and freshly baked bread. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcomed. A wonderful place to enjoy authentic Middle Eastern cuisine with great service. Highly recommended!"
"Had the Mandy Chicken, Lamb Maqluba, Chicken Shawarma, Arab Tea, ice cream and choc cake. All were good and tasted similar to other Arabian restaurants. The staff were helpful, but the parking is very limited and the restaurant’s decoration is quite poor. If you’re looking for a place with nice decor or photo-worthy spots, you might want to try another Arab restaurant with better ambience and easier parking."
"Tried Marrakesh Restaurant for the first time and honestly didn’t expect it to be this good. The lamb rice was super tender, the roti with meat dip was crazy addictive, and the pizza was surprisingly solid with a good portion. Friendly service and a chill vibe. Overall, worth coming back."
"Ordered mixed grilled meat, hummus chicken, fatties salad, lemon mint and mango passion fruit. Not meat eater so just find it soso. The pita is nice while is hot and eat with hummus. Good for big group."
"We recently had lunch at a Moroccan restaurant and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service. We were served by the wonderful Mithun Hussain, who took great care of our table throughout the meal. His attentiveness really added to the experience. We ordered couscous with lamb, couscous chicken, and of course, lamb chops. The lamb chops were a bit tough and not served hot enough, which was disappointing, but the rest of the dishes were alright. Overall, the service stood out more than the food, thanks to Mithun’s hospitality. With a bit more attention to food temperature and tenderness—especially the lamb chops—the experience could have been even better."
"Super nice kunafa eat together with hot milk tea so yummy!! The chef is great and all the staff here are very welcoming. We really love the environment here feel so calm and relaxing after our busy day"
"Friendly welcome to the restaurant. I had chicken couscous. Morrocan dish is amazing . The soup on the side was tasty, not salty and portion quite big for one person. Chicken tender and taste ao nice. Recommended!!!"
"A Must Try Moroccan Feast in Kuala Lumpur Had dinner at Marrakesh Restaurant and absolutely loved it! We ordered the chicken and lamb both were super tender, flavorful, and came in a generous portion. The rice was fragrant and paired perfectly with the meat and sauce. The presentation was beautiful, just like a real Middle Eastern feast! The staff were friendly and the restaurant has a cozy vibe. Definitely worth visiting if you’re craving authentic Moroccan food in KL. Highly recommend the mixed platter!"
